What we collect
When you send an evaluation request or use the value guide, we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, email address, optional phone number and city, the categories you selected, and your description of the items you are bringing in.
Why we collect it
Only to arrange and prepare for your evaluation, to reply to your request, and to keep a record of items we are asked to examine. We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone.
How long we keep it
Evaluation requests are kept for as long as needed to follow up with you, and records of completed purchases are kept as long as required for our licensing and reporting obligations.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to correct or delete the details we hold about you, and you can withdraw a request by contacting us at the phone number or address on this page. Deleting a request does not affect records we are legally required to keep.
The value guide
Descriptions you type into the value guide are used only to produce an educational explanation of what determines an item’s value. You can use the guide without giving us your name or contact details.
